Fatality

I got crashed when doing circus and doing the dungeon LostMines2, if forgot how its called, with 156 level monsters.

This skill, Crossbow Expert, says that it gives patk% and atkspd%, but when i leveled it from 1 to 10, nothing changed, so it seems that the skill does not work at all.
