query Luck potion and impact amplifier

I realized in the game you do not have these two items to buy in npc or in the shop site.

This makes me worried because they are two very common and very important items. Is there somewhere I can get them?

Luck potion: increases chance of drop
Impact amplifier: Automatic use luna chip for 1 minute when attacked or attacked

(I started playing on this server for 1 week with some friends and as I'm teaching them to play as close to the global server as possible, I ended up liking your server.

to answer your questions, Potions to increase the chances of drop are not available in the game, only on event or gift and sometimes in the shop.

 

For your second question, the fragments of the moon are available in the shop of the NPC merchant laks, there is up to 20 hours of activity. if other questions come to your mind, do not hesitate.
