Créer un ticket

 

Bonjour à tous,

Explication de "Comment faire un ticket"

 

Pour commencer, connectez vous sur votre compte directement sur le site Equation  ===>  https://www.rappelz-equation.fr/

 

Passez votre souris sur votre pseudo en haut à droite sur la page d'accueil du site pour avoir l'onglet ci dessous, puis cliquez sur ===> Support

 

Ensuite, une page s'ouvre donc avec ceci sur votre écran, cliquez sur ===> Créer un ticket

Pour finir, Remplissez les différents champs mis à votre disposition.

N'oubliez pas de mettre le plus d'informations possibles ( heure, date, item, personnage, ect...)

Et cliquez sur ===> Confirmer

 

Pensez à consulter le site régulièrement, l'équipe Equation vous répondra dans les plus brefs délais

Hover your mouse over your nickname at the top right on the homepage of the site to have the tab below, then click ===> Support

 

Then a page opens with this on your screen, click ===> Create a ticket

Finally, fill in the various fields available to you.

Don't forget to put as much information as possible (time, date, item, character, ect...)

And click ===> Confirm

 

Remember to check the site regularly, the equation team will answer you as soon as possible
